We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

Good price and good fit but there are much better brands which have better safety ratings.

Easy to get in & out of the car to attach to pram, not ideal for sleeping small baby as the babies head kept falling forward. Seat was always at awkward tilt.

Expensive but well-designed and I have adapters so that I can use it on the buggy frame which is very useful.

Very handy with quinny buzz and zapp with adaptors provided. Has Got instant insert. Easy to get accesories like colour hood or cosy toes.

A pretty standard from birth car seat, which can be adapted easily to fit many different travel systems. The baby seat is expensive on its own but fairly reasonable if bought as part of a complete travel system package.

We had a cabriofix as our first car seat. It worked with our travel system and I think with virtually any other product which was great. It was well made with good strong fabric that still look like new after a years use. It was lightweight so easy to move a sleeping baby from the car whilst still in the seat. I also has an Priorifix given to me as a second seat when the first stage was outgrown, but I found it far too hard, with not enough padding to be comfortable and comfort was a priority after safety, so we bought something else.

Good value for money. We bought the Pebble Plus for our son and have had no problems with it in the last 15 months since he was born

Very easy to use, easy to adjust straps. Great to use with ISO fix base. First size car seat comes with a head muff and wedge which is easily taken out as baby gets older.

We used the maxi cosi pebble for when she was a newborn. Other than the infant insert we had no problems. She would cry everytime she was in the insert bit, Once we took that insert out she was happy as Larry The pearl which is the next stage up is also really good value for money The only issue with this is that it doesn't swivel, if it did it would make this item faultless
