We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

Good price and good fit but there are much better brands which have better safety ratings.

2 way peal great as rear faces until 4 and lots of testing done on it for safety

Had a separate base which fixed in using ISO fix points which was handy just to drop the seat onto and then take out/put on pushchair wheels. However it was expensive to buy both parts and we had intended to get the next size up car seat to fit onto the base but then we found the car seats which rotate to make it easier to get your wriggling (and string) child into so ended up not re-using the base so I would perhaps buy a cheaper option if doing it again.

The maxi cosi car seats are excellent, so user friendly and easy to use. There is some that follow on from others so you don't need new bases etc but they are expensive! They are worth it, but you do pay more for a maxi cosi

Really liked it. Only issue we had was with the size. He grew out of it quickly and also the sun shade was difficult to spot back in.

My baby/ toddler has always seemed very comfortable in her pebble and swivel car seats. Pebble was so easy to fit with the base but seat and base very expensive for amount of time you use it. Car seat was compatible with my pram system- very handy. Swivel seat harder to fit using strap system.

Fits on most prams so very flexible. Can be easily used with or without ISO-fix.

Easy to use and install. With lots of information on the website and videos that are very handy. Only downside is the cost, but you do get what you pay for with these.
