We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

Good price and good fit but there are much better brands which have better safety ratings.

Had a hand me down Cabriofix and it was great to be able to get seat in and out easily using Isofix base. Little one seemed very comfy in there and plenty of ways to adjust as he got bigger (cushions to remove, straps can be raised or lowered, etc). Also able to put it on pushchair base using spigots, which was really useful.

I used 2 seats with the family fix base. the Pebble first - great seat. Easy to get in and out of the car, great to fix on the buggy. Straps comfortable. 2nd seat is the Pearl. Again, great seat, easy to manipulate straps, 6 reclining positions but it was only after I bought it that I realised it can only be used with the family fix base and can

We used the Pebble go strap into a non-isofix car. Easy to use, safe, adapters click on for bugaboo easily. Fairly light weight and we used between multiple cars.

My lo loved both the first stage seat that kept him snug and secure to the next stage that allows him more freedon to see out the window
