Excellent quality clothes although prices are a bit steep for most baby items due to lack of wear, best value from things like bedding and sleepwear that's used often before it's grown out of

John Lewis will price match all other stores if you see the product you want cheaper elsewhere. Excellent customer service and returns policy, they exchanged my pushchair without hesitation when it had fault wheels. They offer the opportunity to test pushchairs in the boot of your car to check they fit. This was invaluable for us as we realised the pushchair we wanted was too big for our boot and therefore we knew we had to buy a smaller model...or bigger car!
