Very nice staff some branches need to train there staff alil more on the pushchair one branches didn't even know how to collapse the pram I had to help her with a baby strapped to me ,changing rooms are amazing so clean and spacious

Have bought a couple of things fro John Lewis eg a sleeping bag from the basics range which was quite nice. Otherwise I have mainly bought things in the sale e.g. Nice designer clothes if they are the right price.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff who are there to help with all the baby gear you might need. Clothes are excellent quality, though can be a bit pricey.

Good clothing but our Trafford store is poor for ranges of other baby products, I've been disappointed looking in there

Great quality and staff are always fantastic. However I tend to shop only for bigger purchases rather than every day items (travel system, baby carrier and cot mattress all bought here)

John Lewis have a great service to work out what you need to get. No obligation to buy but makes a great list and useful for asking relatives to help out. Once baby is here they provide great facilities so shopping there is great. It is more expensive but not for everything and great sales. The clothes are great quality. Shoe fitting for toddlers was great.
