Staff will bend over backwards for you. I had a problem and they made sure it was sorted to my satisfaction, even lending me a product while mine was repaired.

You might think that John Lewis products are very expensive, but they are very reasonable with their prices for baby products. I got a great deal on a baby monitor there, amongst other items!
