eveything on one floor and you can get advise on products from staff who can devote time and advise you on items being purchased.

Catering for the upper market, John Lewis can offer some good prices, but can usually find better prices elsewhere online. The Baby department isn't very big in cardiff store. I've gone online a few times thinking I'll find what I want from John Lewis, but haven't done so.
