Excellent customer service, very good quality items. They price match also good for if u see things elsewhere. 2year guarantee. High cost but good value most times. I buy major items from here like pushchair. The baby clothes are beautiful aswell and not too expensive but was really well.

Always great quality! Fantastic customer experience. Good deal all year around. I used to think JL & Waitrose are very high end and never good value for money. Now I think that they offer me the best value for my money!
