Perfume free and 99% water, never had any issues regarding causing nappy rash. Lovely thick wipes, always the cheapest quality brand on offer.

Found these tending to come apart when taking from pack or being used

They were ok. Not the best sometimes my finger went through them getting them out the packet and seemed to use more when.my baby was soiled
