E 45 baby lotion - This is by far the best 'no frills' moisturiser. No smells, or grease that tend to irritate some skin

My baby had dry skin on his head and face, the health visitor recommended E45, so I purchased junior e45. It was less expensive than I thought. It was last light lotion but I did have to apply every hour.
