Cow and gate are competitive with the other leading brands. The one value I did find they had that sets them apart from the rest, is their travel cartons of pressure mixed milk that were in convenient plastic bottles with disposable teats that were very handy to keep in the changing bag or car. I was never caught without when I found these useful packs as you never know when your child may spill, lose their bottle, or just suddenly decide they require more milk that you had prepared when you left the house!

I have used cow & gate since the day my baby was born and he is nearly 7 months. We use the stage 1 baby's first milk because I got told that there is no difference between stage 1 and 2. Now I am weaning my baby and I buy cow & gate baby food too. Years before i got pregnant I always said that I would use cow & gate because it is well known and that is what I was brought up on. I had 1 little problem with it when my baby was getting reflux and was screaming. So I moved him to cow & gate hungry baby but we only used the 1 tin because I got told that it isn't best for baby's to be on it because it's too thick so I moved him back to normal stage 1 but upped his oz and he's been perfectly fine since.

Excellent value for money! My LB has never been sick whilst on this formula where as a friend of mine her LG used SMA and she was constantly sick, recommended Cow and Gate and now she is no longer sick! Love this brand!

I transferred to Cow and Gate after Aptamil changed the formula and it made my son ill. This was great, and cheaper!
