Cow and gate are competitive with the other leading brands. The one value I did find they had that sets them apart from the rest, is their travel cartons of pressure mixed milk that were in convenient plastic bottles with disposable teats that were very handy to keep in the changing bag or car. I was never caught without when I found these useful packs as you never know when your child may spill, lose their bottle, or just suddenly decide they require more milk that you had prepared when you left the house!

Cheaper than Aptamil found the powder a little more clumpy so needed a longer mix.. have since found out it

Good taste and smell and easy to make but expensive. Much better than other brands in the market and you can buy the ready made liquid ( for a price)

Used mixed with breasts I'll for a couple of weeks then on its own until daughter was 1. Never had any problems with it and is easily accessible in all supermarkets (one of the reasons we chose this milk). The scoop is easy to use and a pack lasted (roughly) 1 week (our daughter was on big feeds but gives a rough idea). Good brand that's been used for years. Would definitely use if we had another child.

My son moved onto Cow & Gate after finishing his prescription milk (Nutriprem2), he adjusted to the change with no problems and continued to grow well.
