Cow and gate are competitive with the other leading brands. The one value I did find they had that sets them apart from the rest, is their travel cartons of pressure mixed milk that were in convenient plastic bottles with disposable teats that were very handy to keep in the changing bag or car. I was never caught without when I found these useful packs as you never know when your child may spill, lose their bottle, or just suddenly decide they require more milk that you had prepared when you left the house!

We choose Cow & Gate because it is a trusted brand, has been around for years. Both myself and my partner were raised on it when we were babies. Our little boy has thrived on it. We are now using growing up milk for 1-2 yrs and have used the previous two formulas, Infant and Follow-on. After this though we will go onto ordinary cows milk as he likes drinking that too and loves it with his cereals.

Cow & Gate was great for my son after coming off an alternative formula that he no longer got on with. He took this milk for maybe six months before having to change onto another, however I cannot pinpoint the reason behind this onto the formula as children his age change constantly and so quickly. At the end of the day, formula is much of a muchness and he got what he needed from this brand at the time. It
