Excellent vitamins, I would definitely recommend these as they are really easy to swallow and small, they don't leave a funny taste in your mouth either and they also look nice! I know it's psychological but it does make a difference, the nice pink colour rather than green/brown. Boots also do a 3 for 2 on these too - so you do save.
