Good and seems to work...when you manage to get baby to swallow it and keep it down. This is a problem we were faced with. The syringe is a fairly good idea, better than a spoon, but it is difficult to administer with a wriggly upset baby and more often than not ended up shooing it to the back of babys throat which made him cough, choke and gag, which resulted in him being sick and throwing it all back up again. This then set a trend of it happening every time and baby now gets upset just at the sight of it. So great if your baby can tolerate it/you manage not to gag them, as it does seem to work when they manage to keep it down. Just need to maybe find a better delivery method

This relieves pain and easy to give babies and toddlers as it has a flavour to it. The syringe is easy to use too. Babies can suck it out of the syringe too.
