Great stuff,we call it baby crack in our household as one dose for the baby she calms down in 10 mins and goes off to sleep for hours. We do follow dosage instructions etc.

This is what is available in my town I don't have a boots or sainsbury as I'm sure that their own products will be just as good I find calpol is excellent for reducing a raging temperature

With both of my children I have seen their temperature drop within 10 minutes of using Calpol, I've never needed to try any other children's paracetamol or ibuprofen.
