Not had to use often but has given my baby quick relief for teething and when he's been under the weather. It does ware off by the 4 hours but works for its purpose.

Easy to use measuring syringe, also comes in handy sachets which I took on holiday so that it was allowed on the plane.

Easy to administer with the syringe that comes with it and the bottle designed to use the syringe. Not so easy to get out to put on a spoon though. Really effective, especially when baby has had a cough and cold. A bit more expensive than own brand calpol for basically the same thing.
