I have used Calpol in the past and it was always good except it gave my daughter stomach problems so we now use nurofen and this works just as well.

My son enjoys the flavour making it easy to get him to take the medicine. The suringe provided in every packet is excellent, it allows you to very easily measure out the required dose and administer it to your child with minimal spillage, if any. Calpol is my number 1 choice when it comes to pain relief for my son

Very easy to administer but can be a bit pricey. But is quick acting and although there are cheaper alternatives my daughter didn't like them.
