Good monitor if you want just a monitor I wasn't worried out it having display screen so did exactly what I needed it for and is very clear sound.

Clear picture and sound. Monitor is very sturdy. My son has dropped it on the floor countless times, but it's still going. Would have been nice if it was possible to switch the music on the camera on from the parent unit.

Our monitor is also a nightlight which is brilliant. The brightness can be changed which is helpful when trying to find dummies in the middle of the night! It tells us the temperature of the nursery as well which is great.

Excellent and simple to use. The colour screen saves lots of first time nerves as you can instantly see your baby and move the camera remotely. The white noise function is also a godsend

I used the baby monitor 250 model and it was all I needed. I didn't want a monitor with video link or movement sensors so the 250 fitted my needs perfectly. I hadn't researched it much so it came with some surprising extras that have came in really handy. It comes with built In lullaby music which for a while was the only thing that would soothe my baby. You can control it with the receiver. There's also a subtly nightlight and a talk back option. There's a noise gage on the receiver which is red when your baby's crys are too loud which you can set to vibrate which would be really handy for hard or hearing parents or grandparents. There's a built in thermometer which also alerts you when baby's room becomes too hot. I haven't tried any other baby monitors (it's been so good I haven't had to) so I don't have any to compare it to but the 250 is a really great monitor for me

Have had this monitor since my son was 6 months old and he went in to his own cot. Value for money is fair as am still using it 10 months on.all functions still work and the stars still help with soothing baby when he wakes. The only small negatie thing is the batterie life and connection. You have to make sure that it is connected to base unit and is properly charging... the life sometimes doesn't seem to be that long outside of docking station. Would recommend.
