As an all rounder it was a very good tablet, easy to swallow and only one of them. Did not have as much nutritional benefit as the pregnacare.

Easy to swallow tablets. Cheaper than other brands but have the same ingredients. Everything you need to take whilst pregnant to support you and baby.
