Contains all recomended doses of iron, folic acid and vitamin d. Also has added ginger so can help some women with nausea/sickness although this didnt help for me.

I only took the boots supplements for a short period, but the seemed ok. I changed because they do not include the omega 3 which is in the pregnacare plus.
