Good improvement in the health of my nails and hair. The fish oil capsules in the breastfeeding supplements make your burps taste disgusting!

I used these while pregnant with my second child, I found that they left a nasty taste in my mouth and also made my mouth very dry. I stopped using them on advice from my health visitor and swapped brand.
