Affordable and ingredients is almost exactly the same as pregnacare. Tablets are big but you get used to taking them.

Have great levels of all the vitamins and minerals you need during pregnancy and breastfeeding. May be coincidental but I had great hair, skin and nails while taking these aswell. Bonus!
