Items arrived poorly packaged and some had leaked - customer service didn't care. Stock levels changed from ordering to point of order being picked which is frustrating.

Great for stock although not always the first place you think of to go for baby products like car seats, prams etc, also have a points system so can collect points then spend on something else and you get more points per pound on baby stuff
