Able to order products that weren't available in store. However, there was loads of packaging compared to the size of the product and was inconvenient.

Best thing I done was sign up to the Parenting Club and downloaded the Boots app...lots of freebies and discounts.

Huge online range, for store collection and home delivery. Fast turn around on orders, not much difference in prices compared to other stores, but you can collect points or even pay with your points.
