Use on daily basis trough teething period. Seems to be working OK during the day but noticed that during the night we needed something stronger.

Used to work very well on my niece and nephew however it didn't go down well with my little boy. it is still a great product but I have found that Anbesol worked a lot better and for longer.

Use this make myself for ulcers and works great so have used the kids version (occasionally) for teething gums. Only thing I find is sometimes the gel sticks to your finger and not to the gum, so can be difficult to apply. Does help as a pain relief though. My little boy doesn't like the taste so much.
