very good i used this gel mainly for really bad teething its really fast and effective but find that baby doesnt like the taste so tends to reject.

Use on daily basis trough teething period. Seems to be working OK during the day but noticed that during the night we needed something stronger.

Use this make myself for ulcers and works great so have used the kids version (occasionally) for teething gums. Only thing I find is sometimes the gel sticks to your finger and not to the gum, so can be difficult to apply. Does help as a pain relief though. My little boy doesn't like the taste so much.
