It helps when the pain is strong, my son stops crying when I put some on the aching spot. The thing I don't like about it is the active ingredient.

Is abit hard to put onto the exact places on baby's gums as baby either spits it out or goes on their tounge otherwise instant relief

Quick soloution that doesnt last that long seemed to work better refrigerated. I found it works best with calpol.

Works quite quickly after applying however doesn't last very long and it needs to be re applied after a few hours
