I applied this is in the morning, after a shower and left to dry(ish) and in the evening for the last three months of pregnancy. A little goes a long way and I still have most of a bottle left. It can stick to clothing but doesn

Smells nice, feels good on the skin as a moisturiser..doesn't really prevent or stop stretch marks in my opinion

I used bio-oil during and after my pregnancy, I did get a lot of stretch marks as my skin is prone to them but bio-oil reduced the purple/red colour ... it smelt lovely and made my skin lovely and soft
