I have only used bio-oil, so unable to give a comparison. I found it did help, and left my skin lovely and soft.

I would recommend bio-oil. It really seemed to help my skin, for me I wouldn't use daily as I felt it left my skin to oily.

Oily feeling on the skin but is quite nice to use at night before bed as will soak in.

As it's an oil I used it under my regular moisturizer to make sure it was properly absorbed by my skin! Love the smell and the feel and a little goes a long way

Goes on easily, value for money as it lasts a long time and it worked well on my stretch marks and on some scars on my arm. Doesn't smell great but not bad by any stretch
