Used every ther day, left to soak in for a good ten-fifteen minutes. Started at about twenty weeks right up until due date. It's great, I don't have one single stretch mark, and should of had because have stretch marks from when I had a growth spurt as a teenager. It really works!

This was my oil of choice - easy to use, usually on offer somewhere (boots or primark) and whilst it can have a funky smell i founmd it to be the least irratating
