Bio-oil is best used daily to see the effect using a cotton pad to apply. It made the marks less noticeable and can help reduce the redness.

It's good, but didn't really help me with stretch marks or other scars.

Can be used sparingly, is not too oily and leaves the skin feeling soft the only down side is that I didn't and still haven't seen a difference in my stretch marks.
