Very effective at softening the skin while you're ballooning, stops your skin getting itchy and sore at the end. Doesn't prevent stretchmarks in my opinion (think it's genetics!) but I still used it because I liked the smell and that it dries in pretty quickly.

It is recommended you have to use this three times a day to be effective which is not practical.

Find the formula very greasy so have to wait for it to absorb before dressing afterwards which restricts you if you are short of time.
