Find that this is very good in the initial stages of nappy rash, not as fast acting if the rash is older than a day. Find a thin layer is much more effective than smothering the rash.

A little goes a long way so a tube lasts a long time which makes it very good value for money. A very good barrier cream to prevent any rashes or soreness.

This cream is amazing - I always have a tube in the nappy bag and one at home! When my daughter gets sore, one application of this and she is no longer red, irritated or sore! Recommended to all my mummy friends
