Bepanthen is a nappy rash barrier cream, designed to prevent babies from getting rash in the first place. The texture is very smooth with almost an oily quality, which I thought would be very effective in helping the urine slide right off it, however on every single occasion that I have used this cream, my baby developed nappy rash. Showing no symptoms of rash before starting with the cream, I would use it at every nappy change and every time without fail she would develop nappy rash! Safe to say I will not be purchasing this product again.
