This is the only nappy cream I have used. My baby hasn't had any nappy rash so is take that as a positive. I don't use it all the time, only if she's starting to look a little red. After using the redness always disappears. You only need to use a tiny amount as a little goes a long way.

This cream is effective against nappy rash and easy to spread on babies skin, but is not great value as a tube does not last as long as my normal brand
