Used this as the first nappy cream for my little one and found it nice and gentle for everyday use and spreads quite easily not thick cream, only thing i thought could have been better is size, its either a tiny tube or a massive tube no option inbetween. I did find that when my baby did get a rash this didn't really help to clear it completely but did help to reduce ot significantly.

Very good thick cream.I use it on daily basis on every alternate nappy change.its thick that's why don't need to put loads and good value for money.

I found bepanthen really good for my little ones nappy rash whilst she was teething. Applied it every nappy change and it cleared after a couple of days. Found it was thick, easy to apply and water resistant against wee, bath time etc

Can use the smallest amount (size of half a pea) on a big area and will notice the difference in just one go. 1 tube last such a long time.... i
