I received this as a free sample and was very grateful to have it on hand when my little one had a sudden onset of nappy rash as a newborn while he was cluster feeding. The creme acted quickly and his rash was resolved within a day.

One of the nappy creams I turn to, seems to clear up any redness fairly quickly. Not too thick. Works good as a barrier.

Didn't seem to help prevent nappy rash at all. Didn't help treat nappy rash, even when used at the first hint of redness. Easy to apply but if it doesn't work why bother. Wouldn't buy again - as using is pointless!

I think this is very expensive and it actually did not work once the nappy rash had appeared.
