Received this as a free sample, used it a couple of times and it seemed like a good cream, you only needed a very tiny amount too which makes it good value for money.

Expensive product but great for really bad cases of nappy rashes. Works brilliantly and quickly. Worth having in your nappy box only to use on sore bottoms.
