Although I find Bepanthen a tad on the expensive side, it is for a reason. When my son had first signs of a nappy rash, I used this straight away and it cleared it up promptly and the redness lessened after just a couple of uses. Due to the expense though I tend to use another brand for general use and just use this once a day and more if redness or rash appears.

Can use the smallest amount (size of half a pea) on a big area and will notice the difference in just one go. 1 tube last such a long time.... i
