The oily aspect of this cream is great if the nappy rash isn't budging or is quite bad (for example during teething). It creates a barrier between skin and nappy contents allowing the skin some relief! As always during times of soreness on the skin, change nappy more regularly, this will help to keep baby dry!

This is expensive as you all get a small amount. I use it only when baby had nappy rash to clear it up then went back to my normal brand.
