I found bepanthen really good for my little ones nappy rash whilst she was teething. Applied it every nappy change and it cleared after a couple of days. Found it was thick, easy to apply and water resistant against wee, bath time etc

Very good and it can be used since birth. Slightly thick to touch which gives the impression that it is a good nappy cream. I like this and I am a fan of Bepanthen. I always try to dry the skin before applying.
