Yes it is more expensive than other creams but when they come on offer in the shops you can bulk buy and by the time they run out you can then get another load in a sale. I find you only need a small amount when being used and if you use it every time it does stop the rash as my baby has not had nappy rash once.

This cream is very good for night or hot days I put thin layer and then a nappy, it protects baby from getting a rush.

Used the free samples that I was given of this and really liked it, as it comes in a sqeezy tube and is more of a suncream consistency than other nappy creams. Did the job well too.
