Great smooth consistancy for rubbing in and doesn't leave a sticky residue. Moderate smell but I don't mind it. I have used this for various reasons and always found it consistantly great from Nappy Rash, Skin sores, cracked nipples(need to wash off before breastfeeding) and in the past to help with healing my Tattoos.

We use this cream almost every nappy change and our baby has never had any issues with her skin. We buy it when it's on offer but the big tubes last for ages so it is value for money. Not tried many other products as been happy with this and would recommend it to others.
