FTM and my baby got some nasty nappy rash after the first week. I was so upset that she looked so sore and blamed myself for letting this happen. I had received a free sample of bepanthen and by the advice of my midwife aired her bottom at 5 minute bursts every time I changed her nappy and used bepanthen and within 24 hours I saw a noticeable difference, it had almost completely healed. I was so grateful and have continued to use bepanthen every change since and the nappy rash has not returned. Great product, it is more expensive that other barrier creams but it works

this is the best nappy cream ever my son has very sensitive skin and this is the only nappy cream that helps when he gets sore. It is easy to apply and seems to last a long time on the skin
