I initially received a sample size tube as a freebie in a baby bag - and haven't found the need to use any other product. I've been lucky in that my little boy hasn't had much nappy rash, but when he has the cream usually resolves it very quickly with things always much improved by the next nappy change. It's not thick so goes on easily and doesn't leave very much residue on your fingers. Although I don't have to use it frequently it seems to last awhile - the large tube I subsequently bought (on special) is only half used, and my boy is 6 months old.

It's the only thing I use on my boy now. Really good, lasts for ages and is nice to put on. Its soothing and great for a sore bum.

An excellent cream which works extremely quickly. It is a nice consistency and very effective for lots of rashes. For me - this is a nappy bag staple!!
