This only helps to prevent nappy rash but does nothing if your baby has nappy rash. Was not helpful in preventing my baby from getting nappy rash.

Used as a barrier cream and it seems to have done the job perfectly protecting our daughters skin during the night. Havent used as a treatment so wouldn't be able to comment on that aspect.
