Description
Baby Sensory classes provide hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. Baby Sensory is the only Baby Development programme with classes specifically designed for babies from birth. Baby Sensory classes provide hundreds of simple activities that are fun for babies from birth to 13 months. Our baby classes include baby activities ranging from signing to fibre optic light shows, amazing light balls, bubbles and bells; there is always something different. Many of these activities are set to our own Baby Sensory music which is available on CD. What is really exciting about Baby Sensory is that it is an parent and baby group where many of the sensory materials and baby activities are unique to the programme. Each class includes seven different activities each week and a discovery play time, during which baby can enjoy our sensory play area whilst parents have the opportunity to meet. You will be delighted when you see your baby use skills that have been learned in our newborn to 6 month baby classes for the first time.

great for babies pre-crawling, after that it becomes hard to get them stay on the mat and hold focus on some of the activities. Nice combination of activities at each session.

A lovely group activity that my little one loved. The repeated format gives reassurance to the babies and, although mine didn't sign until after we'd graduated, he remembered signs we had done as part of the welcome song every week. The variety and pace of activities is great and it also gives ideas on how to stimulate baby at home. I particularly valued the 20 minute break in the session as a chance to get to know other parents and share experiences.

A really really great session! Someone said to me if I only ever did one baby group it had to be baby sensory! I started going when my daughter was around 3 months old and we are just about to start our last term as she is nearly 1! I used to think it was expensive for just an hour but babies are so tired by the end it's perfect, plus they sleep after usually! The lady at ours is amazing, so chilled back so you can come and go as you please if you need to feed or change baby or even have a quiet minute away. There's some great activities and play time. My daughter has got used to the say hello and goodbye song they do each time and I really feel she's benefited and developed so much from doing baby sensory. She also uses everyday items as part of an activity which you wouldn't think of so you get ideas for home play. She puts so much time, effort and energy into it we absolutely love it. I think the price is worth it especially if you don't go to coffee shops or expensive places every day/week! Amazing cannot praise it enough :)

My little one loved baby sensory and I enjoyed going. A song is sung, with signs, at the beginning of each class and it is amazing how the babies concentrate and engage with it. Each time a new theme was set and there were different sensory activities to do; lots of variety. I think it really helped my lo and his development. Moreover, it was nice to get out amongst like minded mums and have a break from normal mummy duties and have some fun.

Great classes but only if person doing classes is outgoing. My LO has been going since 8 weeks old and loves it

Fantastic! My son and I both loved Baby Sensory classes. Such a great variation of themes and activities each week, covering all the senses, lots to see, touch, great songs to sing along too, with 20 mins each week in the free play using all the fabulous sensory equipment, and our class leader (Leanne -Huddersfield/Holmfirth) was fabulous! Made some lovely new mummy friends and lots of lovely memories. Say hello to the sun...

Really good classes with a different theme each week. Took my baby from 8 weeks until she was 9months and she loved it. Liked that you were taught how the different activities helped with your babies development. Session runs as 20mins class activity, 20mins individual free play and then 20mins class activity again which allows for feeds/break if the little ones find it overwhelming.
