"Something different each week! A little more expensive than some of the other classes but definitely worth it!"
Baby Sensory classes provide hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. Baby Sensory is the only Baby Development programme with classes specifically designed for babies from birth. Baby Sensory classes provide hundreds of simple activities that are fun for babies from birth to 13 months. Our baby classes include baby activities ranging from signing to fibre optic light shows, amazing light balls, bubbles and bells; there is always something different. Many of these activities are set to our own Baby Sensory music which is available on CD. What is really exciting about Baby Sensory is that it is an parent and baby group where many of the sensory materials and baby activities are unique to the programme. Each class includes seven different activities each week and a discovery play time, during which baby can enjoy our sensory play area whilst parents have the opportunity to meet. You will be delighted when you see your baby use skills that have been learned in our newborn to 6 month baby classes for the first time.

My baby loved it but I feel she out grew it quite quickly as she was walking at 8months

Great way to work with your baby on all things 'sensory'. Makes babies interact more and helps parents to learn new things to be doing with baby at home. Say hello to the sun song is so soothing and helps babies stop crying. Great source of info on baby development.

Brilliant from new born... it's such a personal close supportive setting. Especially good for 1st time mums who need to be brave and meet new mummies.

Fantastic but I left it a little late to join my daughter as she was just about at the crawling stage so to benefit most I should have started it when she was a young baby. But we did a term and I would have possibly continued until she was a year old but it stopped for the Summer Holidays. It appeared that the children who were walking weren't getting much out of it.

Ok for babies from about 8 months, but did find it quite expensive for a class that you could do at home

My little one and I did baby sensory in Hyde Heath. The venue was lovely a village hall with plenty of road parking. The hall was a nice size with plenty of room. Sarah who took the session was lovely and engaging and we really enjoyed the singing, signing, different sensory experiences and the play session items. My little one was enthralled by it all. It was a lovely relaxed environment where baby's needs came first and if baby needed feeding or changing during the session it was quite comfortable to do so. It was just a shame that at the time Hyde Heath was the closest session of Baby Sensory to me and it was about 25 min drive. The next week we tried Hartbeeps which was very similar and just a 5 min drive from home so we continued with Hartbeeps. There are now closer Baby Sensory sessions to me so if time and money permits next year, we may try a closer session as my little one loved it! x

Found baby sensory very beneficial for my daughter. Helps aid stimulation and development by using different sounds and textures in a sociable environment.
