"Great product but quite pricey if bought from new. They certainly last though."
Baby Carrier One: Ergonomic baby carrier with wide seat area. Extra-padded shoulder straps. Good stability in the waist belt. Perfect for a newborn – no infant insert needed. Front-facing carrying option. From newborn to 3 years. Acknowledged as a a hip-healthy baby carrier by International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
Very expensive but looks very sturdy and safe. I had both - the original and the one with the back support- didn't exactly helped my back pain and the price is considerably more. I recommend try before buy if you can. also there are so many fastenings I found it difficult with a wriggly crying baby. I would use carriers if I don't have to as it always hearts my back and baby cant really move and breath freely as it is kind of squashed. but there are people who swore by this one. Overall if I had to use a carrier I would go for baby bjorn

My friend lent me hers when my boy was about 6 months and wanted to forward face. My boy loved it and daddy loved wearing it. My boy was quite big and heavy so this carrier was perfect for dad to wear and my boy loved looking around. Perfect for farms, walks and supermarket outings. This felt more secure than fabric slings and I felt more comfortable using it hands free.

This is excellently made and sturdy and is fine when baby is younger. However, as baby got older I found this didn't spread the weight as well as some of the wrap slings and my neck and shoulders would ache after a while. Much easier to put on than wrap slings though, so I do think overall it has been a worthwhile purchase.

Excellent quality and very versatile to grow with your baby

This felt very secure with my young baby but it doesn't provide enough support for older/heavier babies. My 9 month old is 17.5 lbs and it hurts my shoulders after 5 minutes with her in it.

We have used this sling a lot. Very good when my baby was a bit older. Equal weight on shoulders and hips and adjustable. I didn't think it was suitable when my baby was the minimum weight for it. His head was quite low down in it and I couldn't see his face properly so was scared of suffocation. Perfect when he got bigger though and we have had a lot of use out of it. I think they also do covers for the legs which would be handy in the winter as my little ones feet got a bit cold as they dangle out of it. It can be used on your back when your child is 12 months.

This baby sling was useful and kept a smaller baby very safe and secure. It was relatively easy to use and could be used on your own without the need for help from anyone. As with many slings it takes some practise to get used to it. I think it was expensive and for a lesser price you could get a sling to do a similar job.

I researched different brands and the Baby Bjorn was highly recommend from online research. I am happy with my purchase. Once the sling was assembled and fitted correctly, I tried it out with my then 3 month old baby. It was secure and comfortable for both me and baby. I could bend down and clean, go shopping and walks being reassured my baby was safe and close to me. I used the sling up until he was 7-8 months old. I used it with him facing me only. The item cost around £45.00 from Babies R Us. If you like to have your baby close to you, to be secure and be comfortable then this is the item I would recommend.

Great from newborn, warm for baby and easy to put on and wear. Expensive for what it is as cheaper versions elsewhere and doesn't last as long as some other brands in terms of weight/ age.
